The 2020 Pikeminnow Derby provided a great weekend of fishing and lots of fun for participants.
The 28th annual East Wenatchee Rotary Pikeminnow Derby took place the weekend of June 19-21.
A total of 99 adult and 11 youth (14 and under) fishermen enjoyed great weather, good company, and
good fishing as a total of 2,887 pikeminnows weighing a total of 1,319 pounds were caught.
$10,000 worth of cash and merchandise were given out to fishermen of all ages in over 3 dozen
categories.  Proceeds from the event will allow our Rotary Club to continue scholarship awards
and community service projects during the coming year.  Special thanks to participants, sponsors,
and Rotarians who worked through the weekend at the event!
